Service based business owner or course creator whose growth has outpaced their ability to keep up!  Whether that's because the foundations haven't been there from the start or they're no longer working for you; this bootcamp is for those who haven't enough hours in the days to get everything done!

How does it work?
Join me either every week for 4 out of the 6 weeks or if you'd prefer to book a one-off 90 minute session via Zoom that's entirely your call.

Whichever option you choose, you will be making a commitment to yourself to change. 

We'll analyse, brainstorm, strategise & overhaul elements of your business that are no longer serving you or that need my fresh eyes to get them working for you instead of the other way around. Using the provided tools, techniques or recommendations and the ability to ask questions in the Pain In The Tech! membership; by the end of the session/s you'll know exactly what needs to be done and how.

You'll also get the replay/s AND when you book the block of sessions, 2 of the 6 weeks will be implementation weeks where you can get your head down and crack on!

Why does it exist?
Because building a sustainable business is not something that is thought of when you started your business.  You had the time to do everything, wear all the hat's and flit between programme to programme back then Now more often that not it feels like you're doing a half-hearted job because you quite simply can't do everything on your own anymore!

The things that served you 2 years ago are not built to serve you through years 3, 4 and 5 so let's make the time to create new systems that work for you and help you to fall back in love with your business.
