1. What the tracker is
1.1 The Tracker is a digital tool to help you organise and monitor Access to Work ("ATW") funding claims. It is for organisational purposes only and does not submit claims on your behalf.

1.2 It does not constitute legal, financial, or benefits advice. You remain responsible for all claim decisions and submissions to the DWP.

Always verify your claims directly with the DWP or your appointed ATW assessor before submission.

2. Permitted use
2.1 Access is personal to you. The Tracker may not be shared with or used on behalf of a third party.

2.2 You must not enter false or misleading claim information.

3. Accuracy & liability
3.1 We make reasonable efforts to keep the Tracker accurate but cannot guarantee it reflects current ATW processes or government guidance at all times.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete data.
