These terms supplement and should be read alongside our General Terms of Service.
1. What the bootcamp is
1.1 The Bootcamp ("AI Bootcamp Live") is a live training programme, with accompanying recordings and optional AI deep-dive bonus content, designed to help you document your business clearly enough to use effectively with AI tools.
1.2 It is for educational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. You remain responsible for all decisions you make about your business, including how you use any document, template, or output created during or after the bootcamp.
Always seek independent professional advice before making significant business, financial, or legal decisions.
2. Permitted use
2.1 Access is personal to you. The Bootcamp, including all live sessions, recordings, and AI deep-dive content, may not be shared with, resold to, or used on behalf of a third party.
2.2 You must not record, redistribute, or republish any session content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
3. Accuracy & liability
3.1 We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it reflects every AI tool, platform update, or feature at all times. AI tools change frequently and are outside our control.
3.2 You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output generated by AI tools before using it in your business. We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from AI-generated content or from information you enter into your own Business Brain document.
4. Refunds & cancellation
4.1 In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
4.2 This right ends as soon as you access any part of the Bootcamp, including but not limited to the pre-work, any live session, any recording, or any AI deep-dive content.
By accessing any of this content, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to cancel and no refund will be issued.
4.3 To cancel within the 14-day period (provided you have not accessed any content), contact us at kirsty@kirstyholden.com before the cancellation period ends.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 All content delivered as part of the Bootcamp, including but not limited to live sessions, recordings, the AI deep-dive content, the 'Business Brain' template, and any frameworks, slides, or materials provided, remains the intellectual property of Kirsty Holden / Holden Operations Ltd.
5.2 You may use what you learn and create for your own business. You may not teach, resell, repackage, or distribute this content, or any derivative of it, to others without our prior written permission.
6. Group conduct
6.1 Live sessions and any associated community space (including the Facebook group) are shared spaces. We expect all participants to engage respectfully.
6.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session or community space, without refund, if their conduct is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other participants or to us.
7. Programme changes
7.1 We may need to adjust session times, content, or delivery format as the programme runs. We'll give as much notice as reasonably possible, but minor changes do not constitute a breach of these terms.
7.2 In the unlikely event a live session needs to be rescheduled or cannot run as planned (including due to illness or circumstances outside our control), we will provide a replacement session or recording within a reasonable timeframe.
8. No guarantee of results
8.1 The Bootcamp is designed to help you create a clear, usable Business Brain document and improve how you work with AI tools. What you do with it, and the results you achieve, depend on your own effort, business circumstances, and decisions.
8.2 We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or income from participating in the Bootcamp.
